This is probably the heaviest burden to carry: the impression that everyone else received a life manual that you never got. You see them navigating with ease while every interaction requires an infinite analysis from you. You try to blend in just to have some peace, but deep down, you know you can't deny your true nature. This is called "social masking," and it’s an enormous daily weight.

Hypnosis that fits you
Forget the image of a person lying still and unmoving. I know that for many of us, movement helps us focus. That’s why my method is different:
Movement as a motor: In my sessions, we are rarely just sitting. Movement is part of the method to enter hypnosis. We work standing up, walking, or moving around. It is much more effective for a brain that needs action.
A constant dialogue: We talk throughout the session. You can tell me what’s happening, ask a question, or take a break at any time. You are completely safe and stay in control from start to finish.
A sensory shield (Hypersensitive profile): We teach your nervous system how to be less overwhelmed by noise or agitation. It’s like installing a comfort filter to regain calm.
Taming stress (HPI & Anxiety profile): Does your brain anticipate everything and worry quickly? We calm the "fear center" so you can show your capabilities when the time comes, without losing your cool.

Will I lose control?
Quite the opposite. Hypnosis is used to take back the controls over reactions that seem to escape you. You remain the pilot; I am your guide.
Do I need an official diagnosis?
No. Whether you have a formal diagnosis or simply feel that you live with a certain atypicality, your lived experience is the only thing that matters here. I am atypical myself, and I perfectly understand your needs.
