Support for adults

First session: exploration & discovery (90 mins). The goal is to go beyond symptom management and understand the deeper roots of what brings you here.

Note on hypnosis: it is a natural state. You remain conscious, free and in full control throughout the entire session.

Follow-up sessions (60–90 mins). Once I identify the best approach for you, we move into focused therapeutic work.

Support for children & adolescents (ages 6+)

Younger clients are naturally receptive to hypnosis. I adapt every session to their creative, dynamic rhythm.

• First steps: an initial parent and child session to establish shared goals and safety.

• Children's sessions (40–60 mins): creative, dynamic and age-appropriate.

• Adolescent sessions (60–90 mins)

Your commitment to change

Generally, 3 to 6 sessions are enough for lasting change. Your journey is unique and its evolution is yours alone.

Practical Information

• ASCA accredited: recognised by some Swiss complementary insurance providers — please check your policy conditions.

• Tax deduction: invoices are deductible as health expenses.

• Payment: cash or TWINT at the end of our session.

• Cancellation: please give at least 48 hours notice — otherwise the full session fee applies.
