Tinnitus relief through hypnosis in Geneva

It’s not just a ringing, a buzzing or a hiss. It’s an intruder that follows you everywhere. It’s the noise that becomes deafening the moment things get quiet, stopping you from falling asleep or simply enjoying a peaceful moment.

Tinnitus is an energy thief. It is completely normal to feel exhausted, irritable or at your wits' end. Carrying this sonic weight all day requires a massive amount of mental effort that eventually saturates your nervous system.

I know what it means to feel trapped in your own body.

The truth is, the more you try to ignore the noise, the more your brain focuses on it. It interprets the sound as a threat, triggering your alarm system and amplifying the perception. It’s a vicious cycle between your nervous system and your hearing.

Choose Your Setting

  • Inside the practice (Centre Aliotis): A quiet, safe cocoon for structured work.

  • Outdoors (Parc La Grange): Nature is a powerful partner for letting go. Natural sounds and open space provide grounding, helping your brain reconnect with the outside world instead of staying stuck on the internal noise.

Why hypnosis is the key

Hypnosis allows you to modify your brain's response. We don't try to magically "erase" the sound; instead, we turn down the volume so you can finally find serenity.

  • Selective filtering: We retrain your brain to classify the noise as "useless information," much like it does with the hum of a fridge. The sound loses its power and eventually fades from your conscious awareness.

  • Reducing emotional load: Tinnitus feeds on stress. By deeply soothing your nervous system, we cut off the fuel that keeps the ringing loud.

High-precision expertise (atypical or not)

My approach is especially effective if you experience sensory hypersensitivity. For neurodivergent profiles (ADHD, Giftedness, Autism), tinnitus is often felt as a constant aggression because the brain struggles to filter out repetitive stimuli.

Whether your brain wiring is atypical or not, the mechanics are the same: your nervous system needs to return to a state of safety to "let go" of the sound. I use precision protocols to help you restore your acoustic comfort, making room for the sounds that actually matter: music, the laughter of loved ones or true silence.

Your Sessions in Geneva

FAQ: Clear Answers

Will the tinnitus disappear?

The goal is to make the sound insignificant. Your brain learns to ignore it, much like it ignores the feel of clothes on your skin. The noise moves to the back of your mind until it's forgotten.

How many sessions do I need?

Neurological changes take consistency. I typically work within a cycle of 3 to 6 sessions to stabilise results. My goal is to teach you self-hypnosis tools so you can feel calm independently.

Does it work if my brain moves too fast?

That’s exactly my specialty. We use your brain's plasticity to build new, more comfortable pathways, regardless of your thinking speed.
