Hypnosis Geneva: breaking the cycle, improve your eating habits and stop snacking

Eating to soothe, numb or protect yourself isn't a lack of willpower - it is a fear-avoidance strategy. Behind every craving or binge lies an emotion or anxiety that feels too overwhelming to face. Your brain has learned that eating is the fastest way to escape what scares you.
If you are neuroatypical, your snacking isn't driven by the same reasons. Your brain might simply be looking for dopamine.
Discover my specific approach for neurodivergent profiles here:
Fleeing from fear: Emotion as a danger
The urge to eat is a flight reflex. It triggers at an unconscious level before you even realize something is bothering you. For your subconscious, emotion is perceived as a danger that must be bypassed at all costs to stay safe.
I know this because I’ve lived it: We don’t eat out of courage; we eat to escape. Your body triggers a survival alert and food becomes your refuge - a hiding place from invisible fear. It is exhausting to live in this constant state of avoidance and to carry this mask of control.
My method: Facing the cause to find peace
The hardest part is the feeling of helplessness - as if you were watching your life pass by without being able to act because fear is dictating your choices. My approach allows you to step out of this "autopilot" mode and take back the controls of your life. You are no longer alone in facing your fears.
True change doesn’t come from fighting food; it comes from ending the avoidance. I offer you a space of total safety so you no longer need to hide:
Finding the cause & healing the inner child: Together, we go back to the source. We meet that part of you - your inner child -who remained stuck in an old state of insecurity. Releasing these memories is the only way for your subconscious to finally let go of the armor.
Learning to feel in safety: We teach your nervous system that feeling is finally safe. You learn to navigate your emotions without needing to drown them out for fear of being overwhelmed.
Breaking the habits: We change the automatic flight response, transforming suffocating control into genuine, calm confidence.
Learning to love yourself again: By ceasing to avoid your fears, you transform self-hatred into respect. By making peace with your history, the armor becomes unnecessary and the weight can finally fall away.
Imagine a life where you no longer need to hide behind food to stop feeling afraid, a life of lightness where you inhabit your body with pride. By facing the truth of your fears, you finally find your freedom and become yourself again.
The trap of control and the armor
The more afraid you feel, the more you try to control everything - your food, your weight, your appearance. But this rigid control is an illusion that eventually cracks, leading to the next binge. This physical armor you’ve built serves to put distance between you and your fears or memories. It is an avoidance mechanism that has anchored itself, creating a neurological habit that makes you feel trapped.
Making yourself sick to muffle the fear
This is the paradox of avoidance: sometimes, we eat until we feel physically sick. Why? Because fear makes us believe it is easier to endure a physical pain we understand (stomach ache, nausea) than to face the terror in our hearts that feels insurmountable. We choose a concrete body pain to avoid an emotional pain that feels too big to handle.
Taking back the controls: From spectator to actor
